LOT EMPEROR (5) Was competitive when 2nd last time at this venue. Has early speed and positions nicely. In top form this campaign. Expected to fight out the finish. T O SMITH (3) Came in 4th last start around here. Has the ability to turn things around. Likely to be well placed early. Very competitive this preparation. Tsubasa Kamo rates highly aboard. Underrated. TASSEL (6) Gave nothing else a chance when winning by 6L last start at this track and suited at this distance in the past. Isao Yamaguchi is a strong choice aboard. Must respect. MIRANKA (2) Ran 6th last run at this track but drawn nicely. Mashima Fumiya stable are on a hot streak. Must come into consideration.
